WHOLESALE ACCOUNT POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
To qualify for a wholesale account, you (“the retailer”) must meet one of the following requirements:
- Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or
- Operate an online-only store with an established audience or customer base
Selling our products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
All wholesale applicants are reviewed and vetted to ensure legitimacy and proper business fit. Vendoramall reserves the right to approve or decline any application or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
INVOICING
Vendoramall can provide invoices for wholesale orders upon request.
Please contact our support team to arrange invoicing prior to placing your order.
PRICING
All wholesale pricing displayed or quoted is in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers purchasing products for resale through their own retail channels.
Promotional discounts or volume pricing may be available on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon prior to purchase.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
Wholesale pricing already reflects significant discounts. Additional discount codes or promotional offers are generally not applicable unless explicitly approved.
Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be cancelled.
PAYMENT TERMS
All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all wholesale orders from our fulfillment facilities in the United Kingdom or partner warehouses depending on availability.
- Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the retailer
FULFILLMENT TIME
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
BULK & B2B ORDERS
We support bulk purchasing for approved B2B accounts and wholesale partners.
RETURNS POLICY
All wholesale orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All products are inspected before shipment.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
