REPLACEMENT & WARRANTY POLICY
REPLACEMENT PRODUCT POLICY
If a customer is eligible for a replacement product, Vendoramall will provide a replacement that is identical or of similar value to the original item purchased.
If an identical or similar product is not available, Vendoramall reserves the right to:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Repair the product within a reasonable timeframe (where applicable)
All refund and repair rights apply to replacement products in the same manner as they apply to the original purchase.
WARRANTY
We provide a Three-Year Limited Warranty on all products sold in our store.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
