RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 90 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products
- We accept returns of new and slightly used items (subject to condition approval)
Items must be in a condition that allows for reasonable inspection and processing.

If your item is damaged or defective, please include:

2. Wait for Approval
We will review your request and send return instructions if approved.
Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation.
3. Return the Item
Once approved, you may ship the item using any trackable and insured shipping method.
A valid tracking number is required for all returns.
4. Return Methods
Returns may be processed via:
- Mail delivery (primary method)
- Approved drop-off locations (if applicable)
REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees may be included in the refund depending on the case
- We do not charge restocking fees
WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photos
- In most cases, you do not need to return the item
- We will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item (your choice)
